Who is Aine?

What once felt like a struggle with identity became the backbone of my beliefs and my profound appreciation for Japanese culture.

As a trained kimono stylist, an instructor, and a certified cultural ambassador, I founded Aine with a vision to share the quiet power and enduring beauty of my heritage with the world. I am continuously taking courses with Japanese masters to deepen my knowledge and provide high-quality and authentic experiences.

Aine (藍音) means “indigo tone.” It is a name that represents not only the vibrant, living color of my hometown’s textiles but also the quiet strength and elegance that resonates from within each of us.

My purpose is to help you "unveil your light" through meaningful connections to Japanese art and culture.

Our Vision

At Aine, our vision is to create a bridge between the elegance of Japanese heritage and the modern search for purpose. We are dedicated to helping you "unveil your light" by sharing the enduring wisdom and quiet power found within Japanese art and culture.

We bring this vision to life through our authentic cultural experiences:

  • Experiences, Courses and Team-building: As a certified cultural ambassador, I offer hands-on workshops and in-depth courses that guide you in cultivating mindfulness and connecting with a rich, authentic tradition.

Each experience is an invitation to pause, reflect, and discover the beauty within a story—whether it's the history of a kimono or your own.

Our full collection of upcycled kimono art and sustainability consulting services will be available in the future, as we continue to grow.
