The Core Experiences

Japanese Tea games
Three carefully designed tea ceremony-inspired activities that teach teams the power of mindfulness, precision, and collaboration. Each game surfaces different aspects of group dynamics, from leadership emergence to distributed decision-making.
2. The Kimono Challenge
Teams face a hands-on challenge built around the kimono. There is no manual and no expert in the team, only what the group can work out together. A powerful metaphor for navigating uncertainty, just as teams do in real work situations.
The guided iterative process during the session empowers the team to learn how to improve together as a team. It’s this type of Kaizen approach that differentiates this Japanese inspired team-building program from the classical training program.
