Dressed for the occasion
For those who want to be dressed in a kimono without learning to wear it themselves — Aine will dress you for the occasion.
Traditional style: Get dressed in a kimono of your choice, ranging from casual to formal (including Furisode & Hakama), arranged with traditional technique
Western dress style: One kimono, many silhouettes. Styled as contemporary evening wear — without cutting or altering the garment.

Elevating your wardrobe
If you have a kimono and would like to learn how to incorporate it in your wardrobe, this is your space.
Mix and match: You don’t need to wear a kimono in a traditional way, you can still enjoy the motif and the fabric using a “Japan-Western Mix” approach. Learn how to do this and make a special statement at your next event.
Obi, your personal style: Obi sash are beautiful and can be used on its own to be mixed and matched with your day-to-day wardrobe.

Personal kimono journey
For those who wish to go deeper, our courses provide a comprehensive, multi-session experience in traditional Japanese methods.
Kimono Dressing Masterclass Series: Master the art of dressing in a kimono, from the layers to the intricate techniques of tying a beautiful obi knot.
The course consists of 6 x 90 min sessions and covers the following:
The basics: overview of the steps to wear a kimono
Wear a kimono and an han-haba obi
Dressing with Nagoya-obi
Courses are available in-person, online or hybrid format.

In this workshop, the participants will learn step-by-step how to dress in a yukata (summer kimono) and experience the feeling of transforming into a Japanese summer look.

This workshop is for culturally curious people who would like to experience matcha in rituals, not just as a drink.

In this workshop, we explore how the seasons are delicately folded into the Japanese traditions.
